Bridged to the wrong chain

The bridge did what it was told: it delivered to your address on the destination chain selected. The funds are there now, whether or not your wallet shows that chain.

Where did the funds go?

Paste the address the funds were sent to, or the transaction hash if that is easier. Your browser reads the public chain live and tells you what is there and who is able to move it.

Not sure which? Open the transfer in your wallet or exchange history and copy either the recipient address or the transaction hash.

What the checker does here

Paste the destination address or the bridge's delivery transaction hash. The checker scans every supported network for that address and reports which chain holds the funds, the balance, and whether code sits at the address there.

If the destination is a wallet whose key you hold, add the chain and move the funds. If it is a contract address, for example a smart-contract wallet that exists on the source chain only, the checker reports that the same address has code elsewhere and whether the rescue contract can be deployed at it on the holding chain.

For a bridge that delivered to a contract a team operates, the checker prepares a message to that team with the evidence.
